Any Month Meal Plan

If you want to make your own meal plan from scratch (for the most part), but need a place to start…. start here! This is a 30 day meal plan with types of meals rotating through 5 general categories:

Soup & Pasta meals

Pizza and Pizza-ish meals

Breakfast for Dinner meals

Rice based meals

Clean out the Fridge meals

Having a rotation of meal types should (in theory) keep me from getting in a rut of making the same thing for dinner over and over and over and over. (Again…. in theory haha!)

Use this as your calendar every month…or use it to build a meal plan that works with your schedule. I’m not linking any specific recipes to this meal plan because, well, they aren’t specific recipes, just semi-specific suggestions. Let me know what you think, how you’re using this calendar (if you decide to use it) and share any recipes that you’ve found that are worth cooking again!
