If you want to make your own meal plan from scratch (for the most part), but need a place to start…. start here! This is a 30 day meal plan with types of meals rotating through 5 general categories:
Soup & Pasta meals
Pizza and Pizza-ish meals
Breakfast for Dinner meals
Rice based meals
Clean out the Fridge meals
Having a rotation of meal types should (in theory) keep me from getting in a rut of making the same thing for dinner over and over and over and over. (Again…. in theory haha!)
Use this as your calendar every month…or use it to build a meal plan that works with your schedule. I’m not linking any specific recipes to this meal plan because, well, they aren’t specific recipes, just semi-specific suggestions.
